  • Every item is made from natural Brahma Teak Wood, so grain patterns and color tones may slightly vary from one product to another.

  • The shape, size, and design remain the same as displayed, but the wood grain and polish finish may differ due to natural variations.

3. Product Quality & Pricing

  • We provide top-quality handcrafted wooden products at wholesale prices directly from our manufacturing unit.

  • Each product passes through a strict quality inspection before dispatch.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Standard delivery time is 15 to 20 working days from order confirmation.

  • Delivery duration may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

5. Replacement Policy

  • No Refund or Return Policy is applicable.

  • Replacement is provided only if the product is cracked or damaged during parcel delivery.

  • To claim a replacement, customers must share unboxing images or videos within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
